Virtual airshow narrators support events by entertaining the spectators directly, using their loud speaking voices & friendly personalities. Narrators also are trained to calm the crowd in case of mishap, as well as reporting any interference of the show to staff. 

Airshow organizers work directly with IFCAS staff and partner organizations. These members direct all phases of the event, from creation to management of staff. Organizers are in control of the event, they work side by side with the Airboss (individual who manages air operations) throughout the event. These members must be mature, dedicated and independent.

Virtual airshow DJ's support events by entertaining the spectators directly, controlling discord bots such as Rythm. DJ's follow instructions given by the individual performers, and are instructed to play the display soundtracks. These members are required to have quick reflexes, in order to quickly skip the soundtracks on queue.
